Creamalia did a phenomenal job of helping us negotiate our course of being first time home buyers. She guided us through each aspect and carefully explained the incredibly wordy contract being objective and also giving suggestions of what actions would be in our best interests. When we decided on a home and our offer was accepted she put out numerous fires that we did not have to deal with. 

She had a plan of approach, told us about it with request of consent, and came back with a result. She was quite professional with her approach and facilitation of negotiations.
